YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

You are entitled to a Refund or Exchange within 14 days of receiving items purchased from Crystal Moon Jewellery only if the item is Faulty or Damaged in Transit.

Every effort is made to ensure all products are fully inspected prior to selling, on some occasions, faulty items may get missed, or they may get damaged in transit. If this is the case, we promise to do our best to come up with a solution to fix the problem. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense, unless proven faulty or damaged. Photographs will need to be provided for proof of faulty or damaged items.

No Return, Refund or Exchange is offered on Sale items or Change of Mind purchases.

Please contact us at crystalmoonjewelleryonline@gmail.com if your parcel is not received, so we can track it down, you will be entitled to a Refund, Exchange or Credit if parcel is lost.
